GIVING YOUR PORTRAIT THE ‘BRIGHT & FRESH’ TREATMENT
As darker tones can create a mood, so can brighter tones. Here white clothing photographed against the white walls of a living area do the trick. The choice of lighting is important here. Soft, flattering frontal light has been used here to enhance the eyes and give skin a natural glow.
Typically lighting like this is found with north facing, and to a lesser extent south facing windows. Easterly and westerly light can work depending on the day, and unattractive lighting can always be remedied using portable professional lighting systems.
